Creativity Studio Classes

Open Lab: Class description- In this class, students have the opportunity to work on the project of their choosing. It is a great time to finish up past projects or receive guidance with a new one. Wendy promises to have homemade bread and the fellowship can't be beat! These were very popular classes before. Sign up soon to reserve your spot. Limit 18-20 students. You will not get a supply list for this class. First class of each session, bring something to put in a salad.

Fabric Bowls and Boxes: Class description: The newest art form is the fabric bowl! The bowls are fully reversible, and capable of being styled in many different ways. Learn how to manipulate Timtex and create your own masterpiece! Linda Johansen who wrote the book on fabric bowls has come out with a book on fabric boxes. These boxes are unique and can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes. In this class we will make a bowl in the morning and a box in the afternoon.

Curved Table Runner: Class description: Students will make a small table runner with dimensional corners that are folded back and stitched into curves.

Kid’s Class: My Favorite Pet or Person Pillow
Children 8 and up with some sewing experience or with an adult partner can come and make a pillow featuring their favorite, pet or person. Students will need to mail a picture, one week before the class so that Wendy can transfer the photo to fabric.
